Mr. Ashok Kumar Garg is an accomplished career banker with more than 38 years of strong banking experience across four continents i.e. Asia (India), Europe (London), Africa (Uganda) and USA (New York), with unique experience of leading the business in the retail as well as wholesale segment (Global Markets/Treasury included).

As an Executive Director of Bank of Baroda, Mr. Garg has the entrusted responsibility of overall growth &’ development of Banks’ Business and its Brand value. Mr. Garg is an aluminous of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC)and holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Delhi University. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (CAIIB).

She received a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, University of Mumbai. She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

B S Parashiva Murthy

Mr. Murthy is a Registered Insolvency Resolution Professional having over 20 years of Corporate Banking experience and possess in-depth experience in various aspects of Banking including resolution / recovery of stressed assets, debt restructuring, project appraisal, debt syndication, working capital assessment, credit monitoring, etc.
 
He graduated as Mechanical Engineer and is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Prior to becoming Banker, he has gained over 7 years of work experience in reputed manufacturing companies across various departments including production, planning & control and software solutions.

CA. Sudha G. Bhushan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with more than a decade of experience in the Audit and Assurance with expertise in Foreign Exchange Management Act, International transaction advisory, structuring and regulatory affairs.

Ashok Thakur

Mr. Thakur has gained diverse experience in the Banking Industry in the last 40 years at various positions in several areas and locations across India. He has worked for Union Bank of India across Chanidgarh, Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, etc for more than 35 years and successfully achieved various goals set by the Corporate Office. Dr. Dinesh Kumar Goyal

Dr. Goyal has administrative experience of 32 years as District Magistrate and Collector, and heads of various departments like Agriculture commodities procurement, Computers, Election, Employment, Energy, Finance, Investment, Industries, Labour, Mines, Plan, Public Works, Sports, Tourism, Town planning, Youth Affairs, etc. He belonged to 1981 batch of the Indian Administrative Service. Prior to IAS, he was a Scientist for seven years in Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.
